In Little Venice, always full to overflowing, there is no livelier crowd than the patrons of the only bar in history built at a lower level than the customers… Its mixologists can’t keep up with the cocktails which are sometimes used for water-fights, while Melpo, the priestess of the decks plays everything and brings the crowd to delirium.
