As the four years of this atmospheric restaurant’s life go to show, Gola raised the standards of fine Italian dining on the island of winds. This year the flavours have been radically revised, abandoning the once exclusively Italian menu and transforming it into gourmet Mediterranean cuisine. The Michelin starred chef Fabio Baldassare creates a series of stunning dishes with a common denominator of fresh raw ingredients from Greece and throughout the Mediterranean, passed through the spectrum of haute cuisine and served with a backdrop of Delos island views.
