Η θέα πάνω από τον κόλπο της Ψαρούς είναι πρωταγωνίστρια στον χώρο του VIP restaurant, φέτος με νέο look. Αλλαγές έγιναν και στον φωτισμό που τώρα είναι πιο ατμοσφαιρικός, αλλά και στην ευρύτερη διακόσμηση. Η κουζίνα είναι μεσογειακή με έθνικ στοιχεία και με ναυαρχίδα του μενού το εντυπωσιακό μαύρο ριζότο με σουπιά και παντζάρι, με αρωματισμένο αλάτι και διακοσμημένο με φύλλα χρυσού.

Οι αδελφοί Σαγκλάρα άλλαξαν στέκι και ανέλαβαν το εστιατόριο Thalassa στον Καλαφάτη, δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο Αφροδίτη, ανακαινίζοντας τον χώρο και αλλάζοντας την κουζίνα, η οποία παραμένει μεν μεσογειακή αλλά με βελτιωμένο μενού. Εναλλακτικά, πρόσθεσε και την παραλία στην ατζέντα σου, όπου για πρώτη φορά υπάρχει beach service και μάλιστα στα πρότυπα άλλων κοσμικών παραλιών.
