One of the most ambitious additions to this year’s island culinary platform. Starring the award-winning, talented young chef Athenagoras Kostakos, it would be no exaggeration to say that he was the man who introduced molecular gastronomy to Greece. Which means themed nights with guests such as the famous chef George Venieris or John Stylianidis. The theme with which the festival – yes, let's call it that! – unfolds, changes each time, moving sometimes into molecular cuisine, sometimes towards Cretan tradition and sometimes towards the rich culinary heritage of Santorini.
